If you really want to talk statistics and logistics, Ticket Tool is in about 2.6 million servers, and not too long ago hit 2 million, so I really doubt because of the fact another competitor has "more free features" makes Ticket Tool less used. Sure, some people might prefer another competitor, but that in no way speaks for majority of the platform, let alone your own thoughts.

I also never stated we won't change a feature, but won't change it because of a personal thought.

you are allowed your opinion and sure some share the same opinion but the free version allows most normal functions and the stuff you get for premium are just to customize it etc. Battleeye works hard on the bot, and has hosting and other costs so of course not everything is going to be free.

I personally buy premium as a way to help support the bot, while I love the premium features they are not required for the bot to function
