It's not going to be as pretty as others but I've had the occasional fps drop and one time, which may have been having other programs open, where I had severe frame drops.

Yeah, I got to one area and got swarmed by fleshes.
I killed two burning up my ammo on my primary and mag dumped the 3rd.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can sell all artifacts for at least some cost, the less effective ones sell for less though. If you need quick cash, ask around if people need jobs done, usually the barkeep or technicians, etc. have work for you to do

DO NOT save with Autosave button. Save manually via menu everytime. Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl have a hard-coded bug where if the autosaves reach any count (even if you delete it), further saves will be corrupted.

The thing is, theres no crashes or freezes, the game just refuses to load a new game, and all the changes i make in settings do not stay after i relaunch the game. I also have the "first time launch settings" screen everytime i boot up the game and i have to accept the terms of service each time too

I verified the files 3 times and each time and each time all 1207 files were valid

Its not hardware issue either cuz im suitable for medium settings

I tried to wipe out cordon killing everyone but it's looks like it is impossible. Is this intended?
I fight for 30minutes killing around 50 stalkers but they keep spawning (?) and there is one guy that i just can't shoot at but he can shoot at me.
There is also one place where friendly stalkers spawn all time staring at wall and doing nothing while there are deadly fight everywhere around. I was killing them constantly stacking dead bodies one on another up to 5 then i was bored and continued my efforts to clearn cordon stalker's base.

The same issue is in other locations i think but if they aren't important for the story it's less annoying.
For example i tried to wipe out military bases at the edge of the map but soliders keep on coming in waves between wild dogs coming out of nowhere. I spend over hour in one place and eventually give up after i was out of ammo.

My problem is that every gun you find is broken and repairs cost thousands so you can’t even use them so you just sell the ammo and dump the gun somewhere
