So for all of Clear Sky's supposed intelligence, they go played and fell for it.

ok so the Hologram here does in fact go through several heads.

But C-con controlled monolith. They were wiped out. The only way to control monolith was to connect through the pod. If Monolith were to come back, it would have happened until someone (like Strelok) got in the pod. As all the equipment etc, was in that facility to control them.

And those emitters were so weak and pathetic, that as soon as you destroyed them. the connection would have been lost and Monolith nearby would have reverted back to noontide.

And Strider, at teh SIRCAA event, would never have succumbed to the Wish Granter, because the Wish Granter never controlled Monolith. The Wish Granter was a death trap, to kill STALKERS, who got close to the centre. It was the lat line of defence for C-Con, to keep people away from them, as they tried to control the Zone, and stop the nooshphere from spilling in.

i agree. the devs put in too little attention to detail with the emissions. once an emission is over. POOF. all evidence of it is gone. the elctrical sky storm practically removed from existance once someone tells you its over

i can remember, probably with the use of mods in stalker call of pripyat, an emission looked much more spectacular.

after the emission, there is also no lingering radiation or something. you would think such a huge phenomena would leave behind traces after every emission but no. again, with mods, you had flash explosions happening in the sky for a minute after the emission in COP. i mean. the dev could really learn a thing or two from the mods of call of pripyat, yet they decided to throw that all out of the window. which is fine, but it wouldnt have hurt if they learned a thing or two from them

Also story wise we hear anomalies shift around after each emissions, that is why scolder gets paid. But in game nothing of the sort happens.

ohh this is fun, I think this means something like "what, ran out of luck?" but the verb doesn't exist as it is I believe... I know it from learning russian years ago and reading a few books, had no clue it was also in ukrainian. I think it's used as sort of slang(?) as well. feels satisfying that my small knowledge sometimes helps me read graffiti because some words or roots are porous between languages :]

It is obvious that the developers were in a rush, because they are referring to Chernobyl 2 which is not in the game (I think) and there are only two missions in Pripyat even though there are so many assets there that are not used

In the game they hinted about Limansk a lot, so we might be able to go there in a dlc. (But Limansk is not a real place, so maybe they decided to go with reality and cut it out)
The Powerplant might be able to be visited in another dlc

No. i just started the game and the charachter it was talking ot and grass etc textures looked REAlly wrong and weird. then i reset some things and re-applied them. so i found it is reproducable if you turn on Anisoptric filtering x16 in nvidia control panel. I have never had this happen in a game
