OP2.2 gives you quests to kill impossible amounts of mutants so what the players do is they go to the mutants spawnpoints before starting the quest, they spend 30 minutes activating artifacts essentially turning the area into anomalous minefield and only then they start the quest

So if all mods, reshade and other third party files are removed, game is reinstalled and appdata is scrubbed, then what could possibly have changed that is still causing freezes?
My mods didn't change at all, but renaming some of them somehow broke something outside of Stalker2 install and AppData. Complete reinstall and everything, still freezes on loading screen, whether an old save or new game. So confused

Open up the command line as administrator and type sfc /scannow just to see if it finds and fixes anything. Also check the Program Files an Program Files x86 folders for any risidual files you may have missed.

While on a technical level it probably doesn't matter, I would likely considering the game that was made by passionate people who cared to be better than the one that was made by people who didn't care.

There's no official confirmation, only speculation, but some people think Microsoft forced GSC to release the game when they did, while others (such as myself) believe that GSC was under financial pressure to release the game when they did i.e. they literally couldn't afford to delay it any further.

Even outside of the war, they faced a bunch of different issues during development that likely hampered progress.

So the patches aren't actually adding an additional 100 GB to the game or taking up more space on your hard drive. It's something unique to UE5 and I don't remember the technical specifications behind it.

Additionally, I've seen people saying that GSC does actually respond to the support emails, and regardless, if you don't report the issue then it will take longer for it to be fixed. The more people report on an issue, the easier it will be to pinpoint exactly what's going wrong.

Thanks to @trail vigil I did fix my issue .. i downloaded a mod that just ignore that shader thingie and also he suggested me to turn off nvidia overlay that completely fixed the issue so yea there is still alot of stuff to work on stalker 2 so people dont have to go through all that mess for hours like i did but yea its fixed thanks again

DUDE, I just had the most tedious session ever. I go to the swamps to do the mission (everyone knows it if they got to this part of the game), i do the tedious tasks and go through the hellish environment and then get to the last part. All of a sudden a Chimera attacks me, scares the living shit out of me and and an emission hits me at the same time. Died like 5 times there. I finally finish the mission and I have to get out of the swamps which I now hate to the bone because of the traversal there. I get out of the swamps (finally) and 3 bloodsuckers jump me at once.
