It wasn't a great movie as a lot of the dialogue was trash, but the photography and acting wasn't too bad. I just want to be positive about it and not be negative towards their effort. I would say compared to how few movies we see on said subject, any attention to get people to play GSC's games are a good thing.

The worst part to me was all the nonsense call signs for various locations as they traveled. I understand with the open radio chatter, they were using unidentifiable names so the enemy wouldn't know where they were. However, I feel it was a missed opportunity to mention actual zone locations, so viewers would have felt more of an emotional attachment to places they knew. The mix of Duty helping Mercs felt strange and having only one Loner with them was unexpected. The ambiguous ending was good, as I was really expecting the Loner to tell the Mercs, when they asked where he was going, to say "Home".

you can get away with ignoring the story in SoC and CS but in CoP it's everywhere and worse in terms of the main quest
