Should be. Anomaly fields have different DoT effects. Some have radiation, some have heat, some have acid or whatever... the DoT isn't too dangerous and you can usually get through the anomaly field without using health kit as long as you have some protection and the anomaly field isn't practically strong one.

But you will be toast if you walk into anomalies... not necessarily instant death but makes you regret it a lot

I spawn at the cordon military checkpoint, I'm supposed to sneak past I get that, but it's not properly communicated to the player, if you go to the right you are spotted, go middle and you get gunned down, so I go left and find two patrolling enemies and a fence
