Second part is start reworking the templates. Unify them. Infoboxes are all weird, whacky, there's like 5 for a single thing. Stuff like {{stub}}, {{cleanup}}, {{spoilers}} are completely different notices. It's a mess.

Third part is to start adding gadgets and .js stuff from the Russian wiki. So now you get like tooltips. Yeah, you hover over an icon and you get a short description. You can also auto-generate stash contents into a table. The concept is just perfect. Rework the main page so it's also nice and neat with thingies that do stuff when you hover over. Maybe even add an automatically rotating featured article.
