Its a pretty good weapon. Not that useful early in the game but I held on to it and used it later

It is for a while, though late in the game it will drop pretty frequently from some enemies. The massive shootout at the bridge to Limansk got me enough to last the rest of the game

Vintar is actually very OP weapon. It's ammo can be sold by many traders (like bandit trader tooth, duty trader mitay, random duty trader at the red forest mines and Sakharov)

It's not missing, it's just turned off. It looks weird because of the effects and lighting, but that's not a "no-texture"
