Apparently, they will respawn after around 5 irl hours (2 days in game). And you have to be on the location in which you want them to respawn - they won't respawn on one map if you will be at any other map, no matter how much time you will spend there

Change applied was necessary to the new zone concept! An open world map should not be tied to the level like structure. The devs wanted to make things closer to real life and did what needed to be done for the sake of coherence. Redoing the old levels wouldn't be efficient, thus, they kept familiar locations instead and reworked the rest to be more fitting to the change.

That's where the Monolith is - it's a meteor, that brought the beginnings of new life from other planets... I remember reaching the CNPP together... And then it's all fragmented. I would honestly be glad to receive a complete reboot with potential remakes of original trilogy with new, remade zone map. That’s a good practice for lots of franchises.

Digital money is never mentioned outside of that though. Neither on any other CS locations, nor in SoC or CoP.
