It's goodwill system! Killing a neutral will get you minus goodwill points. One time can be of no harm, a second might get some of his spawn buddies turn on you, and if you kill more then it's a whole faction. There is no way to revert that once done. Killing one itself with your direct intervention is risky itself.

the gamedata folder is essentially the same as the gamedata database files that contain the game,except that the gamedata folder will overwrite any and all information within the packed databases,having access to the gamedata folder lets you mess with the entirery of the game content

I dont know if the Console stalker changed the scripting language from LUAJit to LUA (I heard shaky rumours that they did,but I have yet to see any file from the console versions)

Stalker was always meant for master difficulty

And the Pripyat is the easiest one from all 3 games so it's pretty casual and easy to learn/play for the new people in the series

It's easy af once you learn how to use your detectors. If you still can't do it, try to get the veles detector and it should be far easier for you to locate artifacts as it will show you where you need to go in the detector screen

Echo detector is the first in line! You should keep the beeping in mind as when it speeds up, you are closer to the artifact. If it's not beeping, the anomalous zone must be empty and thus you should try elsewhere!

The echo detector is not that advanced. It should help you find the lower tier artifacts that are more common to come by. The better the detector, the better artifacts you find.
Bare in mind that each upper detector will detect more than it's predecessor. Echo is for common artifacts, Bear will detect better artifacts and common ones, and the veles will detect higher ones and lesser artifacts.
The best detector out there is the sarvog detector and it's a unique device. I'll allow you to detect all artifacts + anomalous patterns.

Anomalous zones have a different poll that includes all tiers of artifacts. You can simply miss a unique artifact or a rare one if you are using a lower detector. It means THAT when your lower detector is not beeping, it doesn't always mean that the zone is empty.
