there's a buggy way to do it. guys corpse gets partially through textures, so on ground floor, if you jump really hard, you can loot him lol

I just took what’s in them. If you sell the stuff you get from the two stashes to the west of the slag heap to the weapon trader, you can get around 10k coupons. I’m not sure what you get from the third stash, but after you steal from the first two, the guy who owns them will be waiting for you and attempt to kill you. He’s pretty easy to kill, and the third stash won’t have anything in it

I think there’s issues with a large number of quests for different people. I can’t progress the ‘Shift Change’ side quest because talking to jumper doesn’t give me the option to actually accept and progress the quest. I think atm the only thing a lot of people can do is wait or start a new game/save.

Without completing that quest, I can’t progress the main story as I need to do that quest in order to complete ‘Hot on the Trail’

Have you tried to kill anybody related to the mission if you can? I’ve found that people tend to spawn in the ground occasionally. I had a member of freedom spawn on the ground during a side quest for the barkeep in Rostok. Luckily I could still revive him

Yes there is. Where the excavator is you should see the bucket in the roof. There is a way you can break through at the two red containers, make your way on top of those, jump to the excavator and the climb the arm into the house. It’s quite tricky so be careful

yes, i know this but i forgot to grab the gun and by the time i went back to grab it, the gun had despawned. The issue isnt that it despawned, i went back to Zakhar and the quest told me to find a different way to lure him out. I read the pda from the guy i was supposed to take the gun from, and it said that he had blurted the location of Zakhars stash out i the bar. I asked the barkeep in the Slag, and he gave me the location of the stash. I am stuck from here, and i talked to everyone in the slag.

||On the Edge quest may be bugged, I’m still testing it but I completed the final assault by Monolith on the settlement, got congratulated by all the surviving Stalkers + Gaffer and everything. Mission UI marked the quest as a success, but the marker next to the objective was the failed marker instead of passed.
Thought it was weird until I moved on with the main quest and a radio message plays from Gaffer saying that Zalissya is now a dead settlement and warning people away. I go back there and sure enough the town is overrun by Mono. Gonna try one more time but might have to add it to the list of missions you shouldn’t complete until after patch.||

I restarted from a previous save, went back to the town and managed to fix it. Try approaching from different angles of the town and run around the perimeter to see if that fixes it. If it does fix it fantastic, but refer to my previous comment as that quest may be bugged in other ways too.

realistically, these aren't bugs but entire systems are unfinished, likely partially implemented with stop gap fixes because if they fully went with them it would have gotten real bad. cyberpunk did the same and also had the same type of removed finished features to obfuscate problems. the binoculars are an obvious one here. so they can reduce the distances at which NPC spawns and stuff like that.

at least it seems to be it really isnt as bad as cyberpunk, those cats didnt have driving AI which ruined the police mechanic, a bunch of main quests were scripted in driving sequences from point to point rather than having a rudimentary AI etc.. STALKER2 problems are manageable with patches in 6 months.

if you have experience with slavjank games, you kinda know what to do get over bugs. it is weird to say, but they kinda took care about enabling players to get around bugs (and i am not just talking about the UE console, but that is also a plus)

Wanted to ask about a particular side quest involving ||Sultan||. ||Regardless if you try to run away from the attackers, it looks like A-life keeps spawning them close to you. I managed to get back to the boat but Sultan refuses to open the door for me. when the enemies spawn and start shooting at me, almost everyone on the boat becomes hostile and attempts to kill me.|| I was trying to figure out if there is a alternative method of completing the quest. has anyone tried anything like this?

How to fix Zalissya quest? First part with protection from monolith getting failed even if they said thanks for saving them. When I left 100m of the town, they said that everything is gone and all dead, came back everyone really dead.

Then when i get even further about 1 or 2 minutes after. Gaffer says that Zalissya is lost and to not go. I immediately went back and everyone is gone and the only npcs there are hostile to me.

Now i dont even want to play until i see that gets patched and zalissya wont just get wiped for no reason

I noticed some flag issue when checking the completed quest; e.g. I killed the scouts and it's a tick when the quest is active, but when the quest is complete, it's an x

oh i dont blame you at all, i actually dont think the game is very good ignoring the bugs. The game just does not feel finished or very well fleshed out. Im not having a bad time but overall without the bugs its a 7/10 at best and maybe a little lower

yep, im not sure where you are in the story and i wont say anything specific or say any spoilers but theres a big fight where you defend a place( not that really bugged side quest) but it just was comical how bad it played out. My allies where frozen in one spot doing nothing and the enemies just spawned in groups of 6-8 all in a big cluster. its rough

Yes. It's unrealistic in the arena, you are given a weapon with 240 ammo for the fight with her, which is simply not enough, I hit her with all the bullets, but she doesn't die, she has too much HP. I want to know if anyone has beaten her or not.

I've not done this quest, and though I've seen many mentions of this, perhaps one of the reduced mutants health mods would help? If it doesn't work then maybe that specific chimera is different

I'll try to install this mod, because in my opinion, mutants have too much HP

It's one of the first mods I installed tbh, because if not you always come out of a fight against mutants with massive losses since you can't even skin them for materials

The problem is the game may have scripted enemies that behave differently from the ones you see out in the wilds, the chimera in the arena I've heard people talk about could be among them
