There are several variations.

From the game with the skull is also used by them. It's pretty common in ru nazi movement, cause they think that the sparta is cool guys and protect country(and they think that metro it's a russian game like a stalker)

They are random. Certain types of anomalies give certain types of artifacts. Electrical anomalies give electrical artifacts, gravity anomalies give gravity artifacts, acid anomalies give chemical artifacts, etc etc. In each type there are common, uncommon, rare, and legendary artifacts.

Each type has 1 really good legendary artifact. You can learn which ones are the best in each anomaly from the wiki. Legebdaries are really rare and it's best to farm artifacts by going 250 meters out of the anomaly containing an artifact (anything closer and it locks the artifact), saving, going into the anomaly, getting the artifact, checking if it's the legendary, and if not then you load the save and do the process again.

Yup, surgical abscess removal because it was recurrent (which annoyingly, is quite common in guinea pigs) - so anaesthetic and a 2 day hold, plus everything we took her in for leading up to that like drainage, meds etc
Insurance isn't applicable because they're considered "exotic" by insurers in the UK and therefore damn near impossible to insure, so your only option is to pay out of pocket

Admittedly I didn't know about recurrent abscesses or the insurance thing when we got them from the rescue, but... I'd have made the same decision to take them in either way

yo so guys I've came up with a genius shat idea from my mind, instead of setting a limited number of deaths in my challenge, i instead make the player throw away all its loot everytime he dies, the guns get thrown away while everything else gets sold to any trader

so this is how it functions,

he dies, loads last save, throws away his weapons somewhere, and sells all his loot and items to the nearby trader,(and obviously by buying and reselling he lowers the coupons he has back to how much he had)

if you find a better armour than you had, you completely scrap whatever was weaker and use that amour until you find a better one and continue the cycle (unless you collect things)

instead, by INSTALLING Gear Fear in the challenge like Tarkov, every type of gear now is deemed useful, why? because you prefer using the appropriate armour for the appropriate situation, yes obviously shit ahh armours will be always scrapped but medium-good armours will be very useful since you'll not want to lose your exo or any other precious armour or gun you're taking with you, you decide what to use for what you're gonna do than use anything for everything
