What I mean is bloodsucker is likely the only one who gets stuck at that edge of the object you climbed onto. And you kill him easily since he "shakes" in a buggy way.
Other mutants run behind cover and wait until I descend to the ground. Similar trouble with dogs and probably all similar size mutants too. If you stand on some platform, even if it's just 20cm tall, they ignore you and run away from your sight. Once you step on the ground - they come back.

The game engine update probably isn’t gonna do justice. They’ll have to adjust physics and systems. I’d say after DLC 1 and the update, the A-team will be back on patching for a short while again and that’s when the quality updates will be. Right now it’s just B-team pushing out half baked hotfixes.

No serious dev would look at the 7.62 issue, make a fix with having rifles needing match grade ammo, then on top remove 7.62x39mm leaving only 54mmR

Personally I remember finishing the game before the first ever patch. I finished the game with stick dirft, had to deal with enemies spawning right next to me, lightning being an actual enemy and so much more.

Is the current build comparable to other Stalker entries ? No.

Is it WAY better than it used to be ? Absolutely! And it gives great hope for what is to come.

Two things, and fun fact: One, you can go to a store and buy a card that is a year of Xboxlive ultimate for 74.99USD still for a year.

Two, Sony would have just hosted the game. They typically treat the PSplus games differently than gamepass does.

The game should have been windows early access, ps5, then a “1.0.0” release later on for Xbox.

The issue with this is that when SoC dropped and it was a mess. The environment was so different. I remember when I first played the game and it was 2013 or something. But with stalker 2. We got a early access beta and all the streamers and “content” creators played it for 2 weeks and the verdict is “this is bad, game lame”

Never heard of this before. There was once a bug related to ground physics being bugged as it swallows whatever falls, even NPCs, but It was fixed. It's similar to artifact problem, spawning underground and all.

it seems to be mostly happen for A-life NPC's, while enemies related to quests don't seem to have that issue, or at least with much lower probabillity.
