Yeah, I think that's an issue the game faces right now even with the stash expansion, there just aren't enough unique loot items for the exploration to be that interesting as far as rewards are concerned. Now instead of the food and ammo of before you'll just find even more ammo + get handed weapon attachments instead of having to find them in their static spots or buy them, as much as that loot has been improved, what it really needs is to be diversified.

My favorite is that changing weapons with the D-pad refuses to cross to the left weapon slot, I can only swap the right weapon around. So been using a mix of keyboard and mouse.

I really think it would be nice if GSC gave us some sort of basic tutorial on how to use those settings because they are quite different to me to set the whole curve with these arrive/leave points than a lot of the tweaks you would do in many other shooters I'm familiar with

and beyond the inclusion of these settings my God we so need a sliding scale for axial deadzone because even now imo it's still terrible compared to other shooters on console and you get this crazy judder about the axis when trying to make straight lines especially slowly. I use a Razer Wolverine V3 with the inner deadzones turned off in the controller software and its only Stalker 2 that gives me this axial deadzone issue, need that slider 🙏

In all honesty, these are the kinds of people who get a machine that can run Most games today on the lowest settings(cod being as such) with the knowledge that you don't really need 120 fps to have a nice interaction with a game, but then complain when they play something that is Built for Future tech in the way of PC builds and sits there saying "why does the game run so poorly, it needs to be optimized, i can play cod so i should be able to play this too"

well if you take in consideration of the fact that the 40 and 50 series of nvidia cards can use upscaling, nvidia is starting to introduce AI into their GPU's aswell with the introduction of the blackwell chip and a fully intergrated gpu system for AI developers and a lot of things are actually increasing in size memory wise to keep up with current/possibly future needs, its not so far fetched to call it such i feel

They're probably just gonna get the unreal engine update out and iron out the creases of the game and inevitably, the new bugs coming out again after each patch 😂😂 It's more than likely going to be like the old stalker games PVP. I know a lot of people wanted Coop mode but I think that's been confirmed a no no by the devs. As it would take away the Lone Stalker setting. But it's okay for NPCs to gang you with 6+ guys 😂😂 To be honest Coop probably would lose the authentic feel of the game we love.. and hate sometimes 😂😂

I actually had an i5-2300, with the last video card I put in it, a GTX 970ti, that I squeezed 10 years out of.
The Sandy Bridge memory and old HDDs used back then, are just really ancient hardware by today's standards.
In 2021, I replaced everything with a new computer with an i-7 11700, RTX 3080 OC, 64 GB system memory and SSDs.
Now that is already 4 years old, and plays Stalker 2 fine, so I can't complain. Hopefully I can get another 4 years out of it.

I would like to ask if you are planning to add some of the features that were originally intended. For example, when the player doesn’t sleep, they could start experiencing hallucinations and their shooting accuracy would decrease.

In addition, in the trailer Skif PDA 2.0, it was shown that during an emission the PDA should lose signal, but this feature is currently missing in the game. Will it be implemented in the future?

It would also be great if players could join existing factions or even create their own. Another interesting mechanic would be if a player kills everyone indiscriminately, their reputation would drop, and mercenaries or stalkers would begin hunting them.

Finally, I believe it would be very useful and immersive to have an encyclopedia and an achievements system integrated into the PDA.

basically there's 4, the starter one that just has a light that flickers. then another with like an antennae with a distance meter. then the Bear one which is the orange one with a directional and closeness meter and then the Vales which is a screen with markers where the artifact is and also where anomalies are.

Full-on software Lumen is a lot more system intensive than the ancient version we have now because although it is more efficient, it does much more. As does hardware Lumen. AFAIK in upgrading the engine they will update to the better more more demanding version of Lumen, so potentially on low-mod range systems any gains made from the new engine version could quickly be offset by all the extra light rendering work in the pipeline.

NvGs are completely broken, dudes with no nods are spotting me from football fields away at night still, their accuracy is cracked, through brush and trees in the dead of night, stealth is completely borked, and tons of other issues

You cannot avoid the issue though. Its broken and only uses the base sensitivity settings. Aiming or ADS is grouped into that. The setting for ADS sensitivity settings is broken is does not work.
