its decent but your fps would be dropping a lot in settlements and not be as high as someone with a top of the line cpu (but the same gpu) in general, not as small of a difference as you'd expect anyway.
also the optimization of the game hasn't actually changed, so its still as poorly optimized as it was but has less memory leak issues and all that.

in CS you have a lot of assurances for artifact spawning the only reason why it doesnt get abused is bc you need to wait 3 hours for them to respawn which, isnt exactly good, COP uses the same system but makes them spawn more frequently which shows how flimsy it is
HOC has a more robust system that has actual guards up so the player needs to hunt artifacts as opposed to farm them
HOC has chances for artifacts to spawn and has systems incorporated to slowly give you a better chance of them to spawn, this makes it so there are no assurances you will get an artifact, getting an assurance is a bad thing when you are trying to replicate hunting, this requires you to explore more and actually chart out plans
the only thing HOC doesnt do well is balancing, artifacts can spawn on a loot table and arent tiered, this means you can get really really cheap artifacts way into the north, the better part would be to continually phase out the lower artifacts as you go further north, but overall, every single thing HOC brings to the table is a plus in artifacts

uhh guys, why in SoC the guns of the npcs like bandits, monolith, military etc are almost at pristine sometimes and in HoC the guns they fire alre almost red and occasionally yellow but they still fire with no jamming problems? like idk if in the older trilogy their gun could jam, but they had a reason why it didn't, since in HoC they got sht of guns they need to implement that the guns of the npcs jam more frequently

the cutscene that happens after you obtain psi-emitters and deliver them to the Chemical Plant. full Ward run, sided with them at every opportunity prior to this. they don't shoot at me, but the reputation is shown as red, and everybody is being rude.

I guess you can do without reloading a save, if they're still shooting at you, sleep somewhere safe for a few days (forgot the exact number) and check back at chemical plant. Go to the faction leader if they're not shooting at you and do some side quests if you want them back green again. I heard you can also just pay him too but I forgot.

It could be that you might have accidentally shot a ward member at some point, if not then no idea. But that's one method I know.
