There are also ram optimizations that can help. FerriteCore is one I've used

But yeah just remember that 32 render is actually 16x the chunks compared to 8 render. Pretty intensive

Though if the chunks are preloaded that helps a ton

Specifically for gaming, I would just try to get into whatever game and try to enjoy it. If you actively start playing, but your setup is the reason destroying the experience then upgrade. Personally, I don't like to fall into a sunk cost fallacy for something I am supposed to enjoy.

In the EULA they now reserve the right to employ kernel level access to your system in order to gather data to a similar degree as live service games. Also the wording in the anti-cheating section is broad and can be interpreted as banning all mods not explicitly approved by Take Two

@cursive sage Note that no sus data scrapping is happening on personal data. All provided info is from 2k/etc accounts, browser fingerprinting, and ad fingerprinting. All info stored is also to do with accounts, like Valve needing to store username, gender (when provided), age, billing info, etc for their Steam accounts. Almost everything mentioned from the review bombs in terms of privacy concerns arent anything special or concerning.

There are only a few things of note here. One is that kernal anti cheat can be a security vulnerability when done poorly (which I also found nothing confirming they'd enforce it in either of the updated Eulas). Other is that losing access to singleplayer/private multiplayer game cuz of mods/VPN/VM is not fun.

So basically, all TakeTwo games are not really that scary to play rn. Tbh, everything is pretty over hyped

Then, I bought a Steel Case (supposed to high end) chair for about $150, slightly used. Hated it. At work, i have a cheapish mesh back/regular cushion chair that I sit in all day and am very comfortable.

So i hope that makes things clear as mud. For the record, I’m 300-ish lbs.

That motherboard is matx but is in an atx case

Thats why those cables look funny

On an atx board, those cables would be at the bottom, just above the hole

For the graphics card, you can get an extension if you wish

Or you can put the pigtail on the inside side of the cable and then strap it so it is less visible from the outside

Also you are missing a screw on the bottom left of the board

As for the usb cable, there is probably a 90 degree adapter online

currently on mid range gaming amd is rocking . i got 9070xt for my wifey and it's pretty amazing . yeah cuda render performance and blender is still slower than nvidia but for gaming it's great. I mean I don't think it's worth to get overpriced aibs but for 600$ 9070xt is pure deal

Don't get Corsair, they artificially limit you on ddr5, and they're very bad with mixing dies on ddr4, anything else is generally fine, just dependant on frequency and timings
