Hello I don't know much about voltage and wats I need a little help. I have a Wnynter 7700 portal air conditioner Model ARC-126MD Maximum cooling power consumption: 1355W / 11.8A Power supply: 115 V / 60Hz /. When it is pluged in to the wall after a while it will trip my circuit breaker at random times some times hours sometime minutes my land recommends that I plug in to surge protector or universal power supply I bought CyberPower CP1000AVRLCD Intelligent LCD UPS System, 1000VA/600W. When I turn my AC for more then 20 minutes the UPS trips and everything seems very hot. If I get a better Surge Protector or UPS that can handle higher wats would that help?

Your breaker is probably on a 15A fuse for the room so anything else plugged in is added to the power draw. That's why it trips at seemingly random times.
You definitely would need a bigger UPS if that's the solution you want to go with.

What's very important to note is this is a band aid solution and will still possibly trigger the breaker

The more ideal solutions would be getting an electrician to upgrade your room to 20A, get a lower power AC, or run a thick extension cord from another area that either has less power draw from other devices or a higher rated fuse.

The electrician would probably charge about as much as the UPS would cost, maybe less.

Looks like the cost for an electrician to install a new breaker is about $200, that might go higher if they need to replace any wiring.

The appliance only draws a little over 11A, so it's tripping from combined room amps. 20A isn't super common still but it's getting there. My kitchen and bedrooms are still on 15A each but the living room is 20A.

I have xfinity 600 down, My dad and I own Motorola MG7540s which are cable modem routers. I recently moved in with him and his cable line is top left of the first floor while my room is bottom right. So I get 0 signal on WiFi.
We ran an ethernet cable through the basement so that it pops in to my room and I can plug it into Mines.

The idea is to connect them so that I can plug my PC through ethernet on my router and my PS4, laptop etc. Without having to throw down 3, 100ft+ ethernet cables for each device

Curent issue, when I plug both routers in, following like 3 diff guides on how to bridge them, our network becomes unstable, so all of a sudden my devices will say connected to wifi without internet and at the same time my PC on ethernet loses internet. So it's not reliable/consistent

Some of the things I've done are, Changing channels auto/11 alternatively in each router.

Disable 5GHz

Activate WAN with a motorola guide on secondary aka mine.

Enable for primary and disable for 2ndary, DHCP.

A lot of those combo modems are really bad at actually being routers

Odds are if you used a standalone router that's at least average quality the issue would disappear. You wouldn't even need a bridge mode since they're technically 2 discrete networks, and the router is designed to have the wan port separate unlike the combo router that's probably using some hackery to turn the out port into an in.

Ok so what you have is fine. The issue is that 3200 c16 can be almost any memory die, and if you mix and match there's no guarantee it works at all. I'd advise getting a matched kit of 16x2 or 8x4, those will be tested working together.

Make sure to stock up on 99% iso alcohol. If you spill beer on your pc, a trip to the store to get some will be too long and the beer will dry.

Did an iso alcohol soak on my parts and pulled them out and lightly scrubbed. The amount of sticky sugar left behind is too much to clean on the mb. The ram is probably gone with residue. Hopefully the ssds are fine along with the cpu and gpu. Was able to clean the gpu pretty good.

does someone know the difference betwen a samsung S10e charger, a tablet S7+ charger and an S22 charger

It's a universal cable, you can use one on the other just fine. The only differences would be the max amperage the charger can do, and if the charger has 9V quick charge.

Hey I have questions about wifi routers can someone help?

How do I know how fast the max download is?

Because I bought a router thinking it could go up to 1000mbps download but it was only able to go to 100 mbps

But it doesn’t say that anywhere on the box

1000mbps or gigabit is the throughput rate between local devices it should have. But speed going out to the web is going to be limited by whatever the incoming connection is. Basically means whatever you pay for from your internet service provider. 1000mbps or gigabit is often very expensive or not available in areas

Another example, even if my router or network switch supports 10 gigabit my internet speed I pay for from isp is only gigabit so to the internet I max out at ~800-1000mbps but speed between computers and servers in my house is 10 gigabit

Ok so I have 350 mbps download from my modem, I tested it with an Ethernet cable connection, but when I plug in my router it gets limited to 90-100 mbps. I called the router company and they said this model only supports up to 100 mbps download

But it never said that anywhere on the box

So for next time how would I know a routers max actual download speed

Most likely that PC doesn't have pcie connectors for the GPU, therefore it wouldn't even work

If it does, it'll totally handle the screen sizes you mentioned, but just gotta keep in mind it's still a 1660ti so doing a bunch of multitasking while gaming (like rendering or editing) may be difficult

Okay guys. Update to my computer beer situation. So im buying pads directly from evga for my 3070ti but i have a dilemma. I can either (if the card works) buy the components and make a new computer or i can sell it and buy a ps5 that would also mean finding a way to sell all my other peripherals. If the card doesn't work at all ill be getting a ps5 anyway.

It'll only cost me 800 to buy the components but im trying to think long term, if thats really what i would want to do. Just need some outside opinions

Consoles don't make money off the system, they make money off the store fees for games. They'll charge more and you'll see less sales compared to Steam etc. PC is also much more useful and versatile.

What are the exact numbers, do you turn off wifi when using ethernet. How far away is your router, do you have the ethernet cable hooked directly into the main router or a secondary, wifi extender, etc

If you have a gameboy advance SP there are several conversion kits you can do. Slate Shell, USB-C Battery but it does get pricey unless you print yourself
