Im having trouble running my outputs and inputs without my computer automatically switching them. I have my headphones set to default and have disabled many different outputs that i dont use or need, but i computer continues to find new devices to connect to, new outputs to connect to, crashs some of my programs, and sometimes even requires for me to restart my computer. yo pato, Ive hard resetted my drives, installed a new copy of windows, and began to reinstall my rgb software and my voice program. While running the rgb and voice program/s, my pc began to start switching up devices again and wouldn't stop. Just built a new PC. Ryzen 5600X, Aorus X570 Elite WIFI, G.Skill Trident Z NEO, WD SN750 NVMe, EVGA 3080TI.

Used Windows Installation Media Tool to make a bootable USB to install Windows 10. Everything seemed to install just fine. Updated Windows, installed drivers.

When I boot, after entering my pin, it takes 30 seconds to get to the Desktop. Once I'm in the desktop, Windows Explorer crashes. I can tell because there are no icons on the taskbar and if I hover the mouse over the taskbar the blue spinner shows up. If I click on the taskbar, Windows Explorer will restart itself. This crash and restart causes startup items to crash and not be available.

I've run SFC and DSIM. Both return nothing. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times, the problem persists.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Turn on hot plug in the bios, leave the misbehaving drive unplugged (but still on power) during boot, and after boot plug it into the sata port on motherboard.
It might be failing so I'd see about backing it all up asap.

Yo I had the same probs yesterday. Once u log onto the pass screen. Hold shift and restart. Now boot into safe mode. After that. Again go and restart while holding shift. From there, go to advance options. I don’t fully remember the path so just look around a bit till you find the wipe files wnd clean reinstall windows. Do that and make sure to press delete all files button. From there let windows do it’s thing. It’s sad that u will lose ur data but apparently its a windows problem so can’t rly do anything about it. U will hv to reinstall everything but that’s the only way. Honestly better than being stuck on that screen

take a minimum of 8 gb usb drive

and install windows installation media

once u download it on the drive

just eject and plugin to ur problematic pc

now bootup ur pc again

spam f11

select the usb drive on which you installed windows installation media

it will bring you to the installation screen for windows

now download windows again

i dont rly know if u will lose ur data or not
