and the odds that someone else's extreme overclock works on your chip has lots of variables

I have a curious issue with Windows 10. It somehow seems to think that it is a Windows To Go installation installed on a USB device. I can't repair anything with DISM, SFC, and I can't even update it to 20H2. Is there any way to fix this without completely overwriting the current installation?

I believe the reason it thinks it is on a USB device is because there was a point when I booted it off a USB hard drive. I had a disk seem like it was failing, so I cloned to another disk, but because I didn't have time right then to dismantle my computer to properly install the new disk, I just plugged it into my SATA to USB 3 adapter.
