@tall lichen Looks Like you didnt have enough system power available to run everything. the Source says Kernal-Power which leads me to believe the PSU doesnt have enough wattage or is beginning to fail. This comes from experience with a failing PSU before

Ah Good Point @vivid temple Yeah I gave up manually overclocking my GPU. I went with Radeon Software Capabilities and got stable OC that way using the predetermined safety protocols built into the Radeon Driver package

I have a B350M Mortar Arctic motherboard from MSI and it was shipped with a BIOS for 1st gen Ryzen. I now have a 2nd gen 2700x Ryzen CPU and I downloaded the latest BIOS. Works good but I don't have control over things I used to have like RAM timings, CPU ratios and speed, both CPU and RAM voltages, etc. All I have control of in this BIOS version is RAM speed which is set to 2933mhz. I downloaded the latest BIOS version which means I have the BIOS that has support for 3rd gen Ryzen, I don't know if this is the cause for my potential problems but I want advice.
Should I stick to the current BIOS and wait for the newer BIOS that is coming out and hope that my problems would be resolved in that BIOS version or should I try to mickey mouse my way into a previous BIOS driver and try to find a driver that would give me access to what I had before while still being able to be stable and run my 2700x without problems? I still have my previous 1st gen Ryzen CPU so if I do goof up and can't boot in with my 2700x, I can just use my 1300x to boot into desktop just in-case of an emergency that would occur while trying to fix my little dilemma.

i believe its generally only reccomended to upgrade if you need to, but im not sure. on my asus board i upgraded to latest on my 2600 and had no problem, but i also didnt have problems ever changing ram speed

@tepid silo I have 32gb RAM but windows only reads 16gb But the system Runs on all 32gb since the motherboard reports it properly. I spoke with Microsoft about this issue already. The system will run on all 32gb even though Windows is only detecting 16gb. At least thats what they told me. Only way to get Windows to read all 32gb is to reinstall windows

If not thats the first step. Then Right Click on the AsusSetup.exe file and tell it to open as admin. That should fix your issue

Then Its just a right click on the AsusSetup.exe and select Run as Administrator
I had the same issue with my ASUS Motherboard when I was trying to install AI Suite II since thats what it used. Older setup than what I have now
Repurposed that build and Gave it to my Nephew for Xmas as a minecraft build. He is verry happy with it

I should also mention that after i close out of that error message it still puts me in the installer to install the programs named: Dual Inteligent Processors 5, EZ update, file transfer, and system information. Even if i install these i get another error message after i reboot

Ahhh You need to uninstall all of the others. Basically uninstall all of them and try again cause whats seems to be happening is file confliction and that is why it cant create the process

bclk on ryzen is usually only an issue if using an m.2 drive assuming you take into account the memory is overclocked as well when you overclock the bclk.
anything over around 102 can cause instability on the pcie bus. Its less of an issue for gpu's but m.2 drives really don't like the higher clock.
I have one intel nvme drive that is good up to around 104 before it has issue. I also have one that will completely corrupt the data over 102. Only using a sata ssd I can overclock my 2700x on my x470 up to around 109 bclk before it starts to do weird things.
