This is a prospective build I've drafted for a friend. The primary goal is to make a decent machine that can handle emulation of PS2 games as well as contemporary PC titles at medium to high settings.

How'd I do? Any suggested changes?

There's a good few things I'd swap

@proper night first, motherboard, I'd go b550m pro vdh wifi, then you don't need an extra wireless adapter

Then, cooler, try frost spirit 140 or se-224-xt at least

Next, case, I'd try to at least grab a mx330-g air

After that, PSU, A-GF 750w is 90$, which is a better PSU at higher wattage with a cheaper price
