i'm no expert but i'm guessing your mobo might need an update to work with the cpu you chose
but the only way to update it would be to have an older cpu that is compatible with the unupdated BIOS to be able to boot the BIOS and update it

Hello! Can someone help me with trouble shooting my newly built PC. Few hours ago it booted and I was able to set it up and install an OS. Then i shutted it down for cable management. Now when i turn it on. It only powers on for a few seconds until the aorus logo and it automatically shuts down.

Things I tried:
Remove all the accessories and plug only the important ones.
Swapping out ram sticks
Clear cmos
Removing hdd but retaining nvme (OS).
Tested the PSU with a PSU tester (working)

5950x
3090 xtreme Gigabyte
8x4 3600 ram Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB
