General fix for random windows problems

From an admin command prompt or powershell, run:

sfc /scannow

If that doesn't work, try:

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then, try running sfc again.
Repeat as necessary

You'll want to look at the model number on your current sticks, and find that exact kit to have a good chance at compatibility

Of course, grabbing a different 2x16gb kit MAY work, but it's not recommended, since there's a higher chance of weird compatibility issues.

@tulip notch But yea, try reset cmos, it's power cycling, and it clears the cmos memory chip, which stores bios settings, in case there was some weird bios setting that was set.

Second, take the cmos battery out (image attached), it may be under where the GPU is
Third, press the case power button a few times to help discharge the power left
Fourth, wait a few minutes (5 minutes will work)
And Lastly, put battery back in and boot up again.

The GPU is what I was able to get for a reasonable price. 2070 supa is on the way now :)
The case is mostly for the size and minimalist nature.
Will take the advice on the ram and see to change that before
