A better example would be for SLOBS and how 5000 cpu and 3000 gpu will interact with it when H.265 encoding eventually is supported. 5000/3000 are at the top of the market because they leave so much room (at last 3000 line, vram) for multi tasking. Once tech grows, will that space for multi tasking go away, until there is a bigger and better hardware product for cpu and gpu?

for example Gigabyte B500 6 layer memory topology does 5400 MT/s whereas 4 layer memory topology does 4733 MT/s

Also higher layer PCB boards generally dissipate heat better, not like it matters

no I close everything before I try and shut it down. Sometimes the display will shut off, but then it'll boot back up to desktop. And sometimes it'll say shutting down, with my lockscreen/sign in screen in the background but then switch to starting windows and also load back into desktop. It does that if I use the windows menu to shut down, and also when I use my power button to shut it down (I like setting the power button to have it shut down) I just dunno what the issue would be. Maybe it's Razer Synapse? But then again sometimes it shuts down no problem. It's oddly finnicky
