Sounds like an external graphics card would fix the main issue against hdmi and pcie 4 would make a very negligible impact over pcie 3 m.2.

Hello people, I got a problem with my PC not displaying anything. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x with a Asus X570i gaming Mobo with 16gb of Corsair Vengeance Ram with a 2070 super. I’ve been using my first ever built Pc for about 5 months everything working fine until about a week ago the computer wouldn’t show any display but the fans were spinning and mobo lights were on with the DRAM QLED on aswell. Tried the basic troubleshooting with replacing the ram sticks and just turning it on with only 1 stick in but no luck. So I decided to buy new ram and still have the same problem. I even reset cmos and still nothing...Any help?

CPU might have died, the memory controller is on the CPU and can cause the DRAM light to come on as well. MIght be worth pulling it and reseating it just to see if it helps.
