it's an overclocking profile set by the manufacturer to run the sticks at their rated speeds, base ram speeds are 2133mhz iirc, the xmp profile sets it up to the rated ram speeds, such as if you bought a 3200cl16 kit, the xmp profile will get that stick running at 3200cl16 and not on the base clock of 2133mhz

If it’s the cpu light then either the cpu is bad, or cpu power isn’t in correctly
