Yeah do a CMOS reset. Unplug it, remove the battery from the motherboard, hold power button for 60 seconds, then put the battery back and plug in. That will reset BIOS to defaults.

Unless you're cool and you have a button to do that on your motherboard, then you don't need to mess with the battery and just hold the CMOS button for 60 seconds.

The main concern if that's not your boot drive is if you installed programs to it. Programs can't simply be copied, they need to be uninstalled and reinstalled in the new place.
