Im trying to properly plug my power supply into the motherboard but at the top left corner of ny MOBO, its a 8pin(4+4) and a additional 4 pin next to it.i have it hooked up to the (4+4) but i dont know if i need to plug another cable in the other 4pin

Any ideas? First time booting my personal rig and it gets stuck on the windows logo. It did this on the windows install as well so I just through in a preloaded ssd. Haven't had to take a look at the motherboard again tonight to post pictures or look it up but I did get some practice in with Linux.
