Yikes. At this point, that indicates bad CPU or bad motherboard. Memory controller is on the CPU so would have to have spare parts to test.

the only other thing I can say is to completely remove the motherboard and check for damage on the back side. When you remove the CPU cooler, the backplate also comes loose

At this point, it's the CPU or motherboard with those two lights on

PSU is good. You can save a bit by going 650w tbf as it's pretty hard for your system to have that much power consumption. Mobo I'd go for b550 ATX AsRock Phantom gaming 4 (not mATX or AC) and ATX/mATX Pro4. Solid cheap boards. SSD I'd usually go for SN750 or MP34, which ever is cheaper. Monitors idk about, not something I research a lot on

theyre all very close to each other in terms of perf, id say sn750/mp34 are interchangeable depending on price, 970 evo is worth the extra $10 if the drive is an upgrade (really good included clone software) and the 970 plus is the best ssd any consumer would reasonably need

SCP: Unity looks promising though and I’ve had very minor inconveniences with that game
