It super easy if you follow the few steps. Its like

• format a 32gb or less drive in fat32.
• download the latest bios for your motherboard, unzip it and either rename it as per mobo instructions or use included renamer.
  -put that file on the formatted usb
  -plut in the special slot your mobo manual tells you is the only one that does this
• press a special button until you see some special indication your mobo manual spells out, then wait until you see what your mobo says is success
