No. In order for AMD to use RAM that fast, you have to desync the FCLK and Ram speed which causes performance degradation. No need to go faster than 3600mhz with the 2600x.

I mean, high temps on a stress test are normal. Temp limit will cause a hard shutdown, not a crash. if there are no bent pins, I think you're looking at a faulty CPU with all the errors and issues you've had
