quasi snow is intel better with 3200?

there isn't much advantage to higher mhz ram with intel
but 11th gen gonna change that.

okay so couple weeks ago my pc went thru a bunch of boot loops and bsod

#

so the other week I got it sent to a local pc repair shop and he diagnosed that it was either a mobo issue or RAM

#

so I got new ram, and it still bsod and would get a bunch of error 41 kernel events

#

just recently I got a new motherboard, and I still have this problem

#

like earlier I was playing some halo and the pc reset itself 3 times and then I got a blue screen saying that windows didn't load correctly

You are familiar with Event Viewer

#

So, open it, go to Windows Logs, then System

#

Right side, filter view by Critical and Error

#

Then find one that is close to a Kernel Power event, Ideally just before it

#

Need the STOP code and and file name

#

Ignore anything with DCOM or Distributed COM also

#

Ideally, the Level will be ERROR and the Source will be APPLICATION
