• you can get cheaper 3 piece fans
• the psu is a tad much, neither of your builds need much power. you could get away with a good 450w or 500w psu
• try to find a used gpu for that price instead of using the gt 1030; it's old and not very powerful at all

Yes with regard to the AMD realtec audio drivers. I've run the recommended and the beta's. I don't know where to get different AMD HIgh Definition Audio drivers unless they are the same.

The problem is most pronounced when streaming HD audio from AMAZON MUSIC HD and listening to quieter symphonic music. If you're just blowing stuff up in games while using headphones you might not notice

exactly. I've eliminated the M.2 as a cause by rebuilding with no M.2 and just an old WD hard drive as Drive C:, and as for the memory I've run the advanced windows memory test for hours and returned no errors.

Well it's confusing . the 192/24 is the published specs for the receiver. Now when running the Amazon Music app on the blasted build The AMazon App says that this particular track is available with 24/96, but that my device reports that it's capability is only 24 bit/48 hz so it is playing at 24/48 with codec FLAC

I've tried this with SDIF direct to the receiver and DVI to HDMI direct to a monitor and got the same message from the app which was weird and is a different problem that I'd also like to resolve. If my receiver can decode 24/96 and that's what I;m paying for then I'd like to run at that rate
