Hmm... so... I re-enabled ESD and it happens still, but with it disabled, it seemed stable for a solid 10 mins

However, with it disable and the "allow the computer to power off USB device to save power" enabled, it also happened. Think it could be both of those setting together clashing?

If I plug my keyboard into a USB 3 port, the moment it happens, all fans ramp up to 100% speed and the lighting effects crash for about 6 seconds, and then you get the sound windows makes when you plug a device in after it kicks back in

Well the one I wanted to OC has a max RAM capacity of 67gb so I would think that having 4gb of integrated RAM and 16gb of upgradable RAM. The max Frequency that the processor takes is around 1600hz or something like that, but the RAM is only working at a max rate of 933hz. Ive tried it with 2 other RAM sticks and its the same with those.
