Sorry to interrupt, I'm pretty scared right now and I don't know what to do. I built a new pc and I can't get it to work properly. No matter what I'm booting from, be it a ssd, hard drive, flash drive, or even CD, it will hang/black screen/blue screen.

I thought it was a power issue, but even after taking out my gpu and running it without a screen. The cpu fan stops spinning about 15-20 seconds after powering on, which it did when it would crash.

The drives, power supply, GPU, and ram all came from my rig so I know they're good. The mobo and processor are the only new parts (I also got a case but that's not important)

Anyways, I don't know what to do and I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it

They spin at full speed in the first few seconds, then slow down to a reasonable speed and stayed spinning. When I was able to boot into windows, the fan would keep spinning until it blue screened and the fan would stop spinning

And yes, they're compatible the board is a gigabyte b450m DS3H and the processor is a ryzen 5 2600x. I can get into the bios with absolutely no issues
