I was able to squeeze in 3TB of storage. 1TB DRAM Cache SSD. 2TB HDD. 5600XT speaks for itself in terms of raw 1080p storage. Now. This is where you can edit the list. If 500GB of SSD space is good. Go for it. Put the 50 bucks into a better PSU or case. Up to you

That’s not how it works. New hardware doesn’t make old hardware less powerful. It’s still 6C/12T. Look at old i5-60XX chips. People still use them despite newer chips coming out. The 2600 will be good for a few years time

I don't have a perfect answer to this cause there are a lot of ways you can set up airflow in a case. I set mine up to have air coming in through the front and out through the back and the top. So I have 2 fans in the front bringing air in, two on top taking air out, and one in the back taking air out

What's lame about the locked i5s is on the boards that don't support RAM overclocking (Everything other than Z) it limits them to 2666Mhz

That's something Intel should change at least, allow the midrange B boards to oc the memory as well
