Alright, now that I'm going to have the MSI Gaming X Trio 3080, I'd like to get some new recommendations for monitors. I'm aiming for a dual monitor setup, but if a pricey main monitor is offered, I might just go with a single for now. I'd like at least 1440p with 144hz and 27" is a must, but can't be any larger. I want to utilize the potential of my 3080 paired with my hopefully soon to be 5900x.
If I could also get some case recommendations now that I'm getting a massive GPU that would be awesome as well.

So I've built my PC today. It booted and worked for an hour before crashing. However after crashing it continually rebooted and gave me an Asus Auto Repair and rebooting continuously. I tried unseating and reseating ram, gpu, and M.2 drive. I asked other discord servers and they told me to reinstall windows. I tired that but it didn't work. Then I proceeded to wipe my m.2 so I can have a fresh install. Still could not reload windows. I create two more media creation tool usbs, yet it doesn't work. Could I have faulty parts or some errors? Current state is that it posts/can access bios but won't load into windows media tool via usb.

I have another Samsung Evo M.2 coming just in case

For a first build, do you suggest I try and push my budget for a 1440p 144hz monitor and setup, or a 1440p 60hz monitor and setup?

Hey! I am new to PC building and I just bought some parts on NewEgg and I was wondering your guy’s opinion on it. Here is the list:
Ryzen 5 3600x (it was cheaper than normal 3600 and plus 3600 was out of stock)
Gigabyte 450 Aorus M motherboard
Corsair CV550 watt psu
Team T-Force Delta 16 GB
Cooler Master q300L case
WD blue 3D 500GB m.2 ssd
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Ventus XS 6GB OC ( i know the super is cheaper and has the same performers but it is literally out of stock in every single place, I had it in my cart like 3 times and it went of stock all those times)
I would really appreciate if u guys could give me some pointer too. This is my first pc build!

For those wondering I spent like $800 including tax

@fast robin the build looks great. If you could afford it, maybe go for a b550 board for the gen 4 pcie lanes. But at that point, I’d spend extra money on the gpu. Either way, I think it’s a great build, especially for 800

Thx for the help the only thing I am concerned about is comments on the RAM. Some people said it did not work on ryzen 3600. Do u guys know if it does or not.
