ok, so ive got this issue with my new build, everything seemed to be working great until i started back up with some of my heavier streams, out of nowhere my computer will crash sameing something went wrong. ive checked the bluescreen reporter and its pointing to an issue with ntoskrnl.exe

it will sync up the argb fans iirc, only if you put them in order, i'm pretty sure that the connections there are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, etc

and if you have led strips that connect to that hub, i think it'll sync up too but i have to do more research and stuff to understand how to order the fans and strips on the controller

@little osprey #1, Modular doesn't say anything about quality, I'd much rather get a higher quality semi-modular PSU than a bad modular psu.
#2, Stock setup works just fine for most cases, even if you only have a single intake single exhaust that comes with the case. More will help, but not required.
#3, No need for thermal paste in 99% of applications, every cooler I know of comes with thermal paste, stock coolers come with thermal paste preapplied.
#4, I'd always get the best GPU the budget allows for.
