hello everyone. I'm new to this server but I'm having probs with the system resetting every 10 seconds and the monitor advises no signal. I have tried resetting the bios, removed the video card, changed memory configuration took apart and reassembled, verified the orientation of the CPU, unplugged all connections on the MB except what is essential to start the system. Anyone have any thoughts on this.

There's reverse flow fans that are getting more common, you can tell them by comparing the fan blade layout to regular fans
