It will substantially reduce the risk of having gpu power draw related issues. You will be pulling the full wattage of the card through 1 cable versus splitting that between 2 cables.

1 PCIe cable is rated for 150w. Your card draws 335w. So minus the 75w (potential from the PCIe slot itself) that leaves you drawing 260w off that 1 cable.

Dram doesn't matter for most cases, depending on the implementation of hmb, drives with hmb perform exactly as drives with dram does, except slightly more latency in the ballpark of like 100ns, but it all depends on the implementation. It's more about the controller and the nand itself for load times and all.

Also the Enermax 730w that i already have(6yo psu, new in box, but only one 8 pin pcie for gpu) was wondering if I use the enermax, could I use an adapter for Molex to PCie for the additional 6-8 pins for the gpu? Or should i send back the deep cool, junk the enermax, and get something else all together?
