Brand is a really pointless thing for SSD's, very few actually use their own tech

Most of them use NAND from other brands that are found in 90%+ ssd's and some generic controller from like 1 of 2 or 3 brands

I can't remember if samsung does but WD makes their own stuff in-house which is rare

To give a few examples a silicon motion 2263XT controller is found in like, hundreds of ssds from so many brands lol

Silicon motion is found in a lot of ssd's

Then you have micron nand

Another very common thing, they make a lot of storage chips for these things

your ram is rated for 3600c16 on two sticks

it is not rated for 3600c16 on 4 sticks

you are trying to make it run that on 4 sticks anyways

it is not stable

just drop the speed to 3200 in the bios and it'll probably work

Also, the CPU's imc has more trouble when you run more ram, and more trouble when you run ram faster, so 4 DR sticks at 3600 might be too hard for the CPU's imc
