keep in mind you're taking a risk that the bios isnt updated enough for the cpu, so only buy if you have a compatible cpu to update bios with or just take your chances, which i wouldnt reccomend

There's a few X470 boards that are still considered top-tier, like the MSI Gaming Plus. Very happy I bought that one. I didn't have any issues with flashing my bios since I started with a 2700, so once the beta bios with 5000 support dropped in February I was good to upgrade.

Probably one stick of RAM since it's only 8GB, and it'll need a new case unless you leave the side panel off. At least the price isn't a complete ripoff, but still overpriced, since the original price of a new 1660 super was $230. Building it yourself with msrp in mind, that would be a $650 computer with new (OEM quality level) parts. Since it's used, a fair chunk of the value is lost.
TL;DR - Not the worst deal but hey, it's a computer
