the prices for all of those will prob go down in a few months. Even the ryzen 7 3800x was on sale about a month ago for $30 less i think. If you dont have enough for it right this second for the whole build id suggest to just wait. Youll get a lot more.

btw guys im lookin to build a whole new desktop, but trying to get it under 1200, closest i can get is 1340 with amazon and newegg combined, rtx 5700 is the gpu, cpu is amd ryzen 8 core but i may as wel go to 12 core so i dont have to change that anytime soon or in the future really, (i will be using my computer for gaming + streaming, and video editing), 16gb ram oloy, whatever the cheapest one i could find, dont care for the company as long as its a 3200 or 3400 mhz stick, i dont really get the difference between that, and a monitor, i dont care for 4k resolution, i dont believe theres any real difference between the 1080 and 4k, ive seen my friends computer, im fine with just chillin at 1080p as its the norm... this cost also includes an asus motherboard with wifi/bluetooth because well, i may need to have wifi in my new place if i cant link to the router due to reasons

Tbh a 5600xt perfs only slightly worse then a 1080. Not noticable difference and it's $280 new. $560 plus two $95 waterblocks from Bykski so $190 for water blocks. About $750 or so new for about that perf if you can even utilize the dual GPU config. Or just a new 2080S and a $100 Bykski block for much better gaming perf due to lack of proper mGPU GPU support.

I just got a ASUS ROG Strix GA15DH, I thought it would be the perfect box for photoshop and lightroom. It arrived I was put aback when I realized that storage is all but null. I want to add 2, 3.5 inch SATA hard drives 4 TB and 8 TB. It turns out that it's really expensive to return the thing and the tech told me that it will only accept a 1 and 2 TB SSD. Does anybody know if I will be just pushing myself deeper in debt if I get an external drive ?
