Here is the easy to look for a laptop
Pick a few specs and search them up (if eBay then just do "1060 6gb laptop" in search menu, if newegg then goto categories and select 1060 for laptop, etc) and then sort by lowest price. Then pick cheapest laptop and do research on it to see if build quality and temps are good. Then look at the next few laptops and pick the best one out of them, or whatever is worth the money

I've watched a few comparing the 580x 8gb vs the 1650 Super 4gb (possibly 6gb)... and they seemed fairly even. I honestly prefer Geforce, been a lifer come GPU's.. still remember my 8800 GTS, before that yikes I forget.. VooDoo II? lol
I'm also very stubborn, I tend to stick with what has worked for me.. all my rigs have been AMD's on ASUS MB's... Upgraded my old Phenom 9850 about 2 years ago to the Ryzen 5.
NewEgg had a "triple-play" deal pop up one day for the Ryzen 5, ROG B350-F, w/ 16GB G.Skill DDR4 for like $290-300. Just an amazing deal... couldn't have asked for a better price/combo.. kinda like they read my mind lol.
I just miss the days of BFGTech and their Lifetime Warranty's come GPU's.. They were so incredible.. but I guess that's what put them out of business :(
My last 2-3 GPU's have been eVGA, 8800 GTS, 960 GTX, not sure what shall come next.

Overall Review: I assumed the green light underneath was programmable RGB of some sort, but it is not. It can only be green, which looks odd with my blue themed gaming desk. You CAN turn it off completely - low, med, and bright. It also does a "breathe mode" like RGB controls often can do. Also, the green light is only in the center-most part of the base/bezel, not on each side, that's just a green sticker.
