What worries me about that prebuilt is that they don't tell you what motherboard it has, it could be a B350 that works with that cpu there have also been reports that a few A320 work with the 3000 series Ryzen. I would be very cautious of buying that prebuilt.

You can use a 3400g with a graphics card. You will need to make sure that the motherboard has a HDMI port on it as you will need to run the HDMI cord directly from the motherboard to the monitor if you only have the 3400g in your system.

The 1060 6gb version is much better than the rx570 but the 1060 3gb version is around the same as a rx570. Most new games need a 4gb RAM version or more to run without problems.

Another option for your graphics card is a 1050 ti which has 4gb of RAM. It is not as fast or as powerful as a 1060 but it is a good card. My first card was a gigabyte 1050ti I have upgraded since then but it is in my brother's computer and he is happy with it. Plays Warframe like a dream.
