If a someone who's priority was single pc streaming currently had a 9700k + 1050 ti and wanted to upgrade,

I have a issue with that deal. Its a standard 2070 non super. A XT pushes almost 2070 super performance and you are buying a cheaper but now outdated card that was replaced. Out of most benchmarks against the 2070 vs XT. the 70 did not win. and its mostly a discount due to clearing stock of a no longer produced and stocked card

The 1st of those 3 models is a non-A chip, avoid. The one you linked, the advanced, is an A chip (good) , the "OC" to its right is as well. I wonder if you still get cod mw with the advanced? The "oc" version (pobably just a factory default oc - 0 difference from the advanced) has a $30 rebate , similar total cost but does state explicitly it comes with mw.

Decent price - but runs kinda hot I think, cheap for an A card if you prefer asus

They are really nice. However, This 5 year old i7-4770k with Samsung 840 EVO and 1080Ti (added later) runs Gears5 on ultra in 2k and looks great, so i'm very impressed with my mileage on this build.

I bought a Microsoft Surface book 2, but returned it because it was not feasible (too expensive) for me to justify my use of it. I don't need it for gaming, just regular school/office work with the ability to handle multiple tasks and photoshop.

The problem with DIY cases is that they don't stamp the metal well. I have bought three different diy cases and almost every time I have had to bend the cheap stamp metal so I could get the graphics card to sit right. The PCIe openings are punch outs not remove and place back so if you take one out you can't put it back in. Other than that they are a good cheap case.

I think that's a very important concern these days, I'd say most of the recent cases I've tested - the Thermaltake Suppressor F31, the CM h500, even the Antec P280 to name a few had more flex in the mobo mount tray than desirable. OpenBenchtable BC-1 makes many feel like a downgrade haha.
