Using a terminal to install, assuming it's an app on the package manager list, is as easy as typing in sudo apt install zoom Firefox libreoffice
To install those 3 apps just like that
One single command, no need to manually search for the executable (this package manager is default on Debian based distros)

Alternatively, you could go to a site and download an app image and install it graphically in your file manager, just by pressing next
