if it's a windows issue, you should still be able to at least use keyboard in the bios menu which could be a way to test to see if the mobo even detects the keyboard/mouse

hey fellas ive got a question. what causes different internet speed tests to show vastly different results even on the same connection??? for example the google search speed test is 20/20 ookla is 700/200 and xfinity is 120/40. this is all on ethernet btw and when compared to my phone its practically reaching the full plan of 1g/1g? i have no idea why my ethernet is performing so much worse than my wifi either. maybe the cable needs to be replaced but hopefully it isnt the nic since i cant exactly replace this one.

guys I just installed my 6800xt bupgrading from a 6650xt and when I turned it on, the pc turned off, turned back on, turned off, turned back on and then finally stayed on. The motherboard indicated no issues. I saw my monitor screen flicker saying that display port 2 was on and then the monitor like turned back off and there was no display from my gpu...
