newegg has $500ish OB non XTs pretty frequently, not sure how cheap the XT's get tbh

unless your programs can utilize FP4 there isn't a large diff between 4060 ti and 5060 ti (16GB). 4070 ti should be quite a bit faster, but less vram (12GB) so you'll be limited to running simpler models faster if that makes sense. if you mean 4070 ti Super (16GB) then that one should be considerably faster than 5060 ti outside of FP4
