5060Ti takes a standard 8pin connector, not the new style
so they could be giving you an older ATX2.1 power supply, which wouldn't be as good for higher end GPUs in the future

and a 65W CPU
so if they shorted you on PSU, you might not be able to upgrade to a way-better GPU down the line without upgrading your power supply. it's hard to say until you get it
